We were glad to receive a huge amount of photos to be judged, in fact more than 6.000.
Originally the judgement had to last two days, it was nevertheless immediately agreed among all members of the jury to prolong it by one day, nobody wanted to spoil the job by doing it in a hurry.
The members of the jury and myself were delighted to see, during these three days, so many beautiful images.
I want herewith to express our gratitude to all participants,
and as well to congratulate all laureates for having done
a jolly good job.
